"I’ve been trying to get a refund over four months. At first they were telling me that they had new system that they did not know how to work it. I totally understand. I left a week pass and then another. Then every week. I started calling them. Hey what’s going on? Oh yeah we’re doing your refund. Don’t worry, and then sometimes they will say oh I’ll call you back in an hour or two. Never call back. Still waiting. I asked to speak to a manager Her name is Miss Jenny. I’ve been talking to her all this time. That’s the person that doesn’t call me back. That always has me waiting and has me four months waiting. I had to upscale and Call corporate because they’re not doing anything even They had to help me into my refund because they’re the ones they have it. So now both of them are going back-and-forth saying that each other have the money, so I don’t know what’s going on. Now. I don’t know what to do anymore."
"Hi Isabel, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We want to clarify the complete timeline to ensure all information is accurately represented. On October 10th, you were emailed directly from state farm regarding your refund and were asked how you preferred to receive your payment. A response to that email was required to move the refund forward, but state farm did not receive one from you, which caused the initial delay. When you later contacted our office, Tori was the team member who assisted you each time. She has been the one actively communicating with you for months, including explaining that refunds cannot be applied toward your bill, as this is a State Farm corporate policy, not an office-level decision. It’s also important to clarify that the only interaction you previously had with Jenny before today was when you called, stated that “Jenny would be no help,” and hung up the phone without giving her an opportunity to assist you. Prior to today’s call, you had not discussed your refund with her at all. During today’s call, you spoke with both Tori and Jenny. While we fully understand how frustrating this situation feels, all communication must remain respectful. There were moments during the call where Jenny was spoken to disrespectfully despite only trying to help support the conversation. We kindly ask that all interactions remain professional so we can continue assisting you effectively. We also want to clearly reiterate that refunds are not processed through our agent office. All refunds are handled directly by State Farm corporate, and disbursements come solely from our corporate partners, not from our local agency. Our role is to help communicate, track, and follow up on your behalf, which Tori has been consistently doing. We appreciate your patience, and we remain committed to helping ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. "

"Some really great people - Jennifer Reyes in particular is really great. Unfortunately they must be really understaffed - almost never get anyone to answer the phone. If you leave a msg - 50-50 if they return it during the same day. Lastly - Ryan Hudson is essentially an absentee agent. He is always in a meeting or out of the office. I will be moving my policies to another agent as soon as I find the time. I would not recommend this agency but if you are thinking about them just try to get in touch with them and see for yourself."
